1. How do I use the body butter?
Smooth onto damp skin after showering or bathing. Massage in until absorbed. Use daily or as needed, especially on dry areas.

2. Will the butter melt during shipping?
We ship Mon–Thu and pause shipping during extreme heat. If your butter arrives soft, just pop it in the fridge for 15–20 minutes — it’s still perfectly good!

3. What’s the difference between body oil and body butter?
Oil = lightweight glow + fast absorption.
Butter = rich moisture + long-lasting softness.
Best results? Layer them together.

4. How long does the scent last?
Our scents are designed to last.

5. Are your products natural?
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using nourishing butters, oils, and skin-safe fragrance blends.

6. Can I use these on sensitive skin?
Our products are gentle and made with skin-loving ingredients, but we always recommend a patch test first.

7. How long does one jar last?
A little goes a long way! Most customers find a 4-oz butter lasts about 4–6 weeks with daily use.

8. Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of skincare products, we don’t accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us — we’ll make it right.

9. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
